I’m giving this restaurant 2 stars because the food was actually good. I've ordered from this place many times and it's always been my favorite Chinese food in the area. However, today's experience has made it so that I will never order from them again.
I ordered online with a coworker and chose beef lo mein, but instead, they sent chow mein. While this wasn’t a huge deal, we tried calling to let them know about the mistake and requested a replacement when they could. Unfortunately, we were interrupted throughout the whole phone call and couldn't get a word in, eventually getting hung up on.
Since we still wanted our food, we placed another order for lo mein and called again just to ask...
My husband ordered what was supposed to be my favorite dish, teriyaki chicken on a stick, along with their house special fried rice. Unfortunately, the chicken was very dry and tasted old, while the fried rice was hard and was missing shrimp, chicken, and vegetables. There were an excessive amount of onions, and there were no eggs at all. When my husband called to discuss these issues, they not only refused to refund us (which we hadn’t even asked for), but they also hung up on him and were extremely rude without any reason. I would strongly advise against dining at this restaurant. When we went, the place was empty, and now I understand why they have so few customers and such poor service.
This is a small establishment that offers delicious food at affordable prices, along with a bit of character that some may view as slightly divey (think plastic utensils and dishes) while others might find it endearing. Given the price and quality, I would definitely recommend it. I've noticed that some customers mention inconsistent service here. However, when I dined in, I had excellent service from the man handling the orders. I suspect that some of the reported service issues might stem more from communication problems than anything else.

I will recommend no one ever go to this place also when I went there they were also dead now I see why they did not haveany customers or any service.

After waiting an HOUR for food delivery, I called the restaurant to make sure my order was received . I was shocked, when I was not asked for any order information or address, just told “this is the food business, be patient; it, may take an hour, maybean hour and a half.” I wish I had checked reviews before ordering. I always order Eddie Cheng and receive everything, hot andfresh in under 30 minutes, every time. So much for trying something new. The delivery guy came to my door at 8:47pm the orderwas placed at 6:43 pm.
I've eaten here more than a dozen times and have never had a problem. I typically order ahead and pick up, as I usually drive instead of opting for delivery. The prices are great, and they always answer the phone. The food is consistently hot!
Staying here from out of town and was looking for someone to deliver and this place definitely did not disappoint!! food came hot and quick and the man who delivered was very friendly !!
Furthermore, the cleanliness of the food preparation raised some concerns. The white rice had a taste that suggested it might have been rinsed with a cleaning solution.

The food is excellent quality, and there's no waiting time. This is my fourth visit, and I continue to be impressed!
EGG ROLLS WERE AWESOME!! CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP ALSO WAS VERY WELL FLAVORED. WILL BE BACK FOR SURE
