I went to this Chinese and ordered £38 worth of food including won ton and it was literally deep fried filo pastry with no filling. I called and politely asked for a refund for this dish and was happy to bring it back to show them my issue. The lady was extremely rude saying that it was filled with chicken and I didn't need to bring the dish back because she works there so knows what it is. I had paid £4 for a few pieces of oily pastry so insisted that a refund would be the appropriate solution. The lady flat out refused but said I could have discount for next time. The worst chinese takeaway i've ever had! the chicken curry paste was sooo dark and salty and the complaints process was the worst. I used to go to hong kong house many years ago but the standards have massively dropped with every dish ordered. Save your money and go elsewhere!

The food was lovely, a lot of choice I went for the special chow mien and the portion was big for the price! The lady was helpful and did not rush me when I was choosing one of the 300 dishes! Will come back again :
