Hong Kong Kitchen Chinese Food Takeaway

I ordered the usual dishes one of them being king prawns which tasted terribley fishy. Rang to complain I was told to take back immediately. So I Took back I was watching through the kitchen window and the lady come out to tell me they try and nothing wrong with the prawns. I did not see anyone in the kitchen try any of the prawns as I could see clearly through the window. The people in the kitchen were angry and looking at me very angrily. The lady said in future if I don't like king prawns do not order as I don't know what prawns taste like. I was upset when she said this to me as I am (was a regular customer every two weeks). I have been a customer of Hong Kong Kitchen for more than 10 years. The food is great, never too oily, comes in a generous portion size and is very affordable. The vegetarian dishes like the Vegetarian Fried Rice and Vegetables with Hokkein Noodles contain plenty of vegetables which is great for vegetarians. My other favourites include Beef Fried Kway Teow, Honey Chicken, Garlic Prawns and Satay Beef. Friendly staff and great service from a fantastic Chinese takeaway restaurant. Keep up the good work Tina and team !

We ordered take out dinner from Hong Kong Kitchen as our local chinese is shut on Mondays. And I must say we werent disapointed at all. The food is very tasty and fresh. The staff are very helful and efficient in their job. All the dishes could not be faulted and had a good amout of meet and vegies through it. Would recomend for sure.

Great Chinese food at Hong Kong Kitchen. The traditional dishes like the sweet and sour pork, honey chicken and curry beef are my favourite and always are consistently the same good taste. Always hot never cold or sloppy which is great. Free prawn crackers everytime and the friendly staff are smiling all the time . Recommended ! Reserva una mesa ahora

Grabbed takeaway special fried rice, curry chicken and satay beef while staying in the area. Good size, not oily, lots of meat and veges, cooked there and then fresh. They threw in free prawn crackers too. Friendly staff. Prob best Chinese takeaway I've had. Recommend for sure!

I have often bought takeaway from this place. That says alot about the place. I like the package deals which are reasonable. Most of the time this also includes free prawn crackers. Cost of the dishes is reasonable and the serving sizes are good too.

I live just up the road from the Hong Kong Kitchen, and I can always depend on them for a good feed. Their food is consistently tasty, and their servings are very, very generous. A Kingsley gem.
