Hong Yan - Reserva de mesa

Great service even if sometimes the waiters forgot us a little. The manager is great and the restaurant has changed a lot and is still evolving. The food is good, special mention for the desserts and the Sichuan-style eggplants. The dishes are very good, unfortunately it is not written in the menu whether the dishes are spicy or not. A few small areas for improvement but it's a great place, the atmosphere is great, the toilets are clean. I will go back without hesitation!

We had our family dinner at Hong Yan last week. We enjoyed the delicious fine Chinese cuisine very much, especially their speciality black pepper beef boeuf au poivre noir sur l’ardoise . It was the best dishes that we had ever tried in Lausanne. You definitely...have to come to try this amazing dish!

The parts were huge, so we have many leftovers tomorrow. I ate Chinese all over the country. This is my favorite. Love the #1 for 2. 3 different dishes with soup and appetizers. The service is also very good, even if they are... laborious.
