While many cafes tend to turn away groups of cyclists dressed in lycra on Sunday mornings, Honolulu Grill greets us warmly. They even push tables together to accommodate our large group and typically allow us to split the bill, which is a huge advantage since many of us come and go at different times. The food is pretty good, and the coffee is fairly priced. Don’t miss out on their fantastic juices—definitely give the Pink Mango a try. As for the location, you can’t beat the stunning views from North Steyne Surf Club.
The staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food is quite good and likely offers better value compared to the two nearby cafes. I highly recommend the Honolulu Big Breakfast — it’s basically two breakfasts for the price of one, featuring bacon and eggs on one plate and pancakes with maple syrup on the other. It’s the perfect spot to refuel after a long bike ride. It’s my top choice every time!
This is a final pit stop for a small group of cyclists after our Sunday rides. The staff there are friendly and very accommodating on seating us as quickly as possible. The food is often 'plonked ' on the plate and presentation does sometimes leave a lot to be desired, but value for money is spot on compared to other local Cafe 's in Manly.
The staff here are very friendly and the food is well-pried with decent portions. Whilst the coffee order can sometimes take a little while to arrive, Honolulu are accommodating with additions and substitutes to the menu and the food is good. This place is perfect for a casual weekend breakfast or lunch.

Always great coffee and food at the Honolulu Grill. Get there around 7:30 when the muffins come out-of the stove. Outside seating and very friendly staff and owner. This is my favorite cafe in Manly because it's away from the crowds and close to street parking.
Best brekkie in town. French toast to die for, staff always patient and welcoming despite being run off their feet... bit of a wait on a weekend morning but this place is worth it, very reasonable prices and great portions
Delicious, comforting food in a fantastic beachside location. The staff is quick and incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home.
Breakfast combo really good value at $15. Pancakes slightly underdone but overall, very yummy and worthwhile
