If I could give this place a negative zero I would. I wanted some seafood so I went there. I know this is a fast food but presentation is everything. The parking lot is dark no light in front or behind the restaurant. I went inside and I was a hot mess the girls were singing Happy Birthday to a customer but it was over the top and extremely loud. It was extremely noisy not in a good way. It does not have to be this way. Fix the lighting move birthday party or individual who wants to celebrate there birthday in a specific area. The food was nasty. Ordered 1lb and 1/2 crab clusters, and they threw in claws that weren't part of the cluster. The crabs had no season on them. Steamed with water season put on after done crazy. The waitress was awesome and never complained about me asking for seasoning. Overcharged for three clusters didn't check the bill until I got home. Will never eat her again. My girlfriend and I went on a Friday. They had live music, happy hour drinks and shots. The vibe was great! Service was fast and welcoming. Our server answer all questions and continued to look out for us. I had a great experience at the Greenbelt location. I went with my mom and we really enjoyed the food and service. Our server was very polite and checked on us often. It was messy, but they gave us gloves and a bib. I tried the special blend and garlic butter. Garlic butter was my favorite. Good and large sangria too. I will be back!

My friends and I stopped in on Sunday evening after a movie. We had a great time; the waitress was very professional and attentive. Our food was delicious ????. Our first time visiting Hook Reel. I will be going back again. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. Great job, Hook Reel.

Date night was fun. ???? Definitely a good place. The staff was very friendly. The only down side was they didn't have a real bartender on shift but she did her best.. I will definitely be back.

I ordered delivery. Everything was cooked to near mush, esp the shrimp. I got a seafood boil with lobster, crab, shrimp clams. Never again.
