My second time here last night (Thursday) and it was even better than the first time I came! Loved their seafood boils!! I highly recommend the Crawfish and Shrimps with the H&R Special Blend, and the Snow Crab Legs with the Seasoned Garlic Butter?both are well flavored! I got the spicy level but it was not too spicy. All the seafood was decent sizes, no complaints here. And each bag comes with corn and potatoes! Prices are reasonable, even the drinks too. There were two martini drink specials for $4?the passion fruit martini and apple martini were delicious!! Service was great as well, food and drinks came out fairly quick?our server Shelby was awesome. I will be back again in the future!
If I could give this place a negative zero I would. I wanted some seafood so I went there. I know this is a fast food but presentation is everything. The parking lot is dark no light in front or behind the restaurant. I went inside and I was a hot mess the girls were singing Happy Birthday to a customer but it was over the top and extremely loud. It was extremely noisy not in a good way. It does not have to be this way. Fix the lighting move birthday party or individual who wants to celebrate there birthday in a specific area. The manager, Mark Anthony was extremely rude unprofessional. I was asked to leave my seat at the bar due to only being able to sit there for two hours, because he was trying to replace our seats with another two customers who needed seats. Because we refused to leave our seats, he told the bartender not to serve us anymore. I have never felt so humiliated and treated so disrespectfully at a restaurant. The corn was not cooked while the rest of the food was over cooked and mushy. The garlic butter sauce was watered down to where you couldn't taste the butter. Lemon pepper was nasty. It was a group of 6 of us and all of the food was nasty. We've always come to this location over all of the others because it could never compare. Definitely won't be back. The food was nasty. Ordered 1lb and 1/2 crab clusters, and they threw in claws that weren't part of the cluster. The crabs had no season on them. Steamed with water season put on after done crazy. The waitress was awesome and never complained about me asking for seasoning. Overcharged for three clusters didn't check the bill until I got home. Will never eat her again. My girlfriend and I went on a Friday. They had live music, happy hour drinks and shots. The vibe was great! Service was fast and welcoming. Our server answer all questions and continued to look out for us.
