Too bad. I just opened a business near here and wanted to check out the area. Wings were way over cooked. They hardly put any dry rub on wings at all. My fries were over cooked and old. My order came out in less than 10 minutes if that tells you anything. Today is Saturday, big college football game. Place is half empty. Maybe it?s because of the lousy food. The bartender was nice quick with service. Only reason they received two stars instead of one.
These are the little things that an experience in a?No? Breaked for a quick lunch, the Pommes were disappointing. Ordered a BBQ Western Burger and as soon as it came to the table, I asked for some extra BBQ sauce on the side. The waitress went back to the pickup window and then returned to the table to inform me that it was $1!!?? Food came fast, but if you don't want to eat half of it (Fries!... I wouldn't recommend it.
My girl friends and I came to the Addison location since we were already in the area. The food was great and our server named Emma A was outstanding. Her service was some of the best i?ve had at a restaurant in a while. It?s hard to find good restaurant service now days and she was so nice beautiful!!! Definitely recommend her as a waitress we will definitely be back to this location!
Placed a To Go order for 10 piece original hot and asked for 'Extra Wet '. There was barely any sauce, the 'breaded coat ' was soggy and the taste was a bit off. All in all, very disappointing. It was so bad, I had to cook the chicken to my liking and add hot sauce. I didn 't feel like cooking but wind up cooking anyways ? I 'm not returning.
