I am a Louisiana girl with a traveler’s heart. I saw this restaurant and had to stop in for a bite. There is plenty of parking spaces available. We didn’t make a reservation to dine tonight. There was not a wait and were seated immediately at a high-top for 6. The location was great with a magical view of Louisville, KY bridges. Last night I had the privilege of being severed by Ariana and Trainee Racheal. Ariana was brilliant and her training skills were on point. She was enthusiastic, intelligent, and kindhearted. I'm a huge fan of Hooters' food, but this location seems to always have some issues. The last time I visited, our order got lost, and we ended up waiting almost an hour for just one order of wings. Thankfully, I had a drink to help me stay calm; otherwise, I would have been really upset. On my most recent visit, the food arrived on time, but the server had the demeanor of a dish mop—she acted like we were interrupting her day just by being there. Overall, I really want to like this location because it's so convenient, but I just can't seem to get a good vibe from it.
food was good. I got there just after opening at 11:10. I sat at the bar and was greeted immediately but while waiting an extended amount of time, I was never talked to or even acknowledged until my food was ready. She was 1 of 3 that were there and they were all atthe bar having a loud and fun conversation it seemed which was a bit annoying. she was more interested in that conversation than she was in whether myfood was prepped correctly or if I needed a refill. customer service was lacking
We stayed at a hotel connected to a Hooters, so we ended up eating there 3 or 4 times over the weekend! Honestly, I kicked things off with their Hot Traditional wings and a salad, which is my go-to. They were fantastic! The next day, I tried a cheeseburger, and I was blown away—I had no idea they could make such incredible burgers! So delicious! We also had pickle chips and, without a doubt, the best waffle fries I've ever had, topped with cheese, of course! I love Hooters!

I've visited this restaurant many times, and it's likely the only one I'll continue to choose in this area. Even though I live closer to the Preston Highway location, the staff here is not only friendlier but also more attractive, and the food is far superior. The atmosphere is fun and vibrant, and the location is truly fantastic. It's surrounded by several other restaurants, offering a lovely view of downtown Louisville. I would highly recommend this place!
So not new to Hooters but this location had a nice river view. Waitress was friendly as the staff. So I really wanted smoked wings but they were out so I decided to try the Daytona wings. Daytona wing flavor was amazingly delicious and it could use a little more heat. Next time I will add some spicy sauce on the side and I had tots to go with. Very good food and location.
The food here is outstanding! While I'm usually not a big fan of chain restaurants, this one impressed me. The service was excellent and quick. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, adding to the overall experience. I really enjoyed the flavors on my plate. I was pleased with the staff as well; they were amazing and very polite. Overall, I give this place five stars!
They serve quality food here. i am not a fan of food chains much, but this one was great. Service was excellent amd fast. Hooters are always clean and its a win win, and this one really put some flavor to my plates. Please with the place and the girls were amazing and very polite. 5 stars.

The bartender Brandy is definitely my favorite! She's fun and full of energy, and she always makes sure our drinks are topped off. If you visit, be sure to grab a seat at the bar with Brandy!
I really appreciated how clean the restaurant was. It was very comfortable, and all of our food arrived fresh and hot. Thank you; we will definitely be back!
