Very disappointed. Sat at the bar because there was no hostess. Bar tender was engaged with two other people at the bar, which is normal, but it took awhile for menus, drinks, placing an order... When the order was ready the cook whistled several times for the beer tenders attention. Another waitress brought the food to the bar. Beer tender still was oblivious to pick it up. Finally was served, but not before a substitution on the order was sent back because she forgot about there being a substitution. The atmosphere was pretty hum drum. No excitement, enthusiasum. Nor a fun experience that I've had at other Hooters. ,
This restaurant provided the worst service I have ever experienced. The servers were confused about which tables had ordered what, resulting in drinks and food being delivered to the wrong tables. Despite ordering drinks and meals promptly, the service was still chaotic and disorganized.
that's my fav restaurant to go, and I get the same thing every time. Crab legs. and they're so good and for years! but last week I have a clam poison from them. not sure whether they have a new cook or what, but I'm sad, I'm not sure if I risk going back.
The food at the restaurant was delicious, but the service was poor. Our waiter seemed more focused on her boyfriend and playing with his hair than attending to the customers. Hopefully, they improve in the future.

the food was great and hailea was absolutely fantastic! it did not take long to get food at all and it had great flavor and taste. hailea was super personal and a joy to serve us!
I visited the restaurant today for my birthday, which was my first time in a while. It was a quiet afternoon with no big crowds or rush. My server, Maizie, was very friendly...
Customer service at this point is phenomenal! You really felt comfortable. Also to note the ladies are incredibly beautiful here lol keep the great work you guys
