You can’t just walk into the restaurant anymore. You HAVE to make a reservation online. Walked in and there were a few hostesses hanging around with a tablet in their hand, but you can’t just be directly seated or make a reservation with the hostess. So even though there were open tables and available wait staff, we would have had to go to their website and give them our phone or email before we could sit down. No. Just no. Humans are perfectly capable of discussing how we’re going to walk 10 feet over to a table, without going online. And it’s Hooters after all, this is not a fine dining experience worthy of a reservation at a non-busy time. So we went to Westwood Tavern down the street for...
Just tried to get dinner at Hooter’s. Hostess was explaining that the restaurant was only taking reservations and was booked except bar seats. I asked if anyone was almost finished at the bar. Manager came over, butt in and said that she was giving us false hope and there were no seats and they were full. Turned around and left. Hostess was trying to be accommodating and manager needs training on customer service. Would have been willing to wait a few minutes for a bar seat. Manager obviously doesn’t want our money so we’ll go to Buffalo Wild Wings.1
Its been a while, I should have called ahead to be aware to call ahead and make reservations for dining table seating areas however was able to find a spot(s) at the bar (tight but fair enough). Brie/Bree (apologies if misspelled) behind the bar, was friendly and quick with service. Summary: Call ahead for dinning seating but bar is fun enough as well.Ps. ordered bone-in and the original hooter hot sauce, wings were on point this time.
lunch that takes a bite to eat, I usually don't eat in almost foods! but it's always great to see tw and catch on sport. I have ordered the grilled Mahi sandwich, and it was bland as hell, that is a lection for them children cans go not fish in a wing facility that they lose each time! I recommend this place to order nothing outside chicken wings.

the staff was nice and fast sitting. their covid 19 supplies are stronger than many restaurants in these days, as many of the workers wear masks and several tables are closed to provide segregation for diners. eating hasn't changed, but that's good.
from all hooters restaurants, the location schaumburg is the best I've ever been. the wings were beautiful and juicy and crispy on the outside. the philly cheese steak is always on point with lots of taste. service was good.
I was denied a table when I was told there was a game, and there are reservations only when there were open tables. I was told to try 9:15 o'clock when it closes at 10 o'clock
This was my first time coming to Hooters and I was very satisfied. The waitresses/hosts were friendly and attentive. Staff was looking great ?.
