Ich habe ein paar Tage im Hotel Hospezi verbracht. Es ist genau so, wie es auf der Homepage beschrieben wird. Natur- und Tierschutz wird tatsächlich gelebt und dafür wird von den Gastgebern viel gearbeitet. Was dabei heraus kommt ist so schön. Schon das Haus ist aussergewöhnlich. Es ist alt aber alles funktioniert. In jedem Raum, in jeder Ecke entdeckt man etwas. Jedes einzelne Stück passt vielleicht nicht zum anderen aber zusammen ist es eine einmalige Komposition. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein aber gemütlich und bei schönem Wetter, wo man sowieso meist draussen ist, absolut ausreichend. Our daughter had recommended the restaurant as something special.On short notice we reserved a lunch-table for three and upon arrival, added a fourth person. No problem although Christian Weber was alone in the kitchen and serving us too. Wir wussten überhaupt nicht, was uns erwartet, weder was die Art Restaurant noch das Essen betrifft. Der hohe Preis hat uns sehr überrascht, zumal auf der Homepage lediglich von bei dieser Art von Restaurant 'marktüblichen ' Preisen die Rede ist. Es heisst auf Anfrage erfährt man den Preis. Es gab ein 4 Gang Überraschungsmenu ich liebe das nicht sehr. Habe mich dann nur für drei Gänge entschieden, der erste wurde weggelassen. Ich bin eine heikle Esserin was Fleisch betrifft. Wenn ich nicht weiss, was es gibt, würde ich am Liebsten nur Salat und Gemüse essen. Ich wurde dann aber sehr angenehm überrascht, auch beim Hauptgang mit Lammfilet und alten Gemüsesorten.
