Cet endroit est tout simplement magique ! Niché dans une petite vallée magnifique et accessible en effectuant une petite heure de marche à l’ombre, ce petit restaurant est tout simplement parfait. Le service est agréable et la nourriture vraiment excellente. Ils sont en effet fournis par les fromagers du Mont Royal et par l’enseigne de pâtisseries et glaces Madame Monsieur. Nous avons adoré et nous recommandons fortement (surtout pour les gens qui n’aiment pas trop la marche et qui ont besoin d’une réelle motivation…
We spent a lovely few days in the Pyrenees and our Sunday lunch at the Hospice was simply the most wonderful experience. The setting is beyond words. We were lucky enough to be there on a wonderful sunny late September day and nothing could have improved the experience. The food was wonderful, the staff engaging and we fully expect to get back next year and do the same again.
