I went to this friendly hostel last noon with my parents. A warm and very smiling welcome from the waitress. homemade vegetable soup like all dishes served with cheese crusts in more very good. meat plate of the country quite varied. a chicken stuffed with its vegetables, authentic vintage recipe almost found nowadays. The dishes are very copied. a red corbières selected with care by the bosses. honestly in over 20 years that my parents are in the ariège I tell you this is my number one restaurant. I'll come back for the very nice and pleasant terrace. Thank you and continue to make us good little dishes.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel, run by people with a friendliness that is rare today, as well as an exellent customer service. Going with a 1-year-old baby is quite complicated, but the manager has been able to make this stay easier for us thanks to her foresight and we thank her for it. Our 5-year-old son was also at the angels of child facilities planned in front of the hotel. We were also able to test the restaurant, with a cuisto that clearly puts heart in its dishes. Our 3-night stay was fast but clearly very pleasant in this family hotel in the heart of a very pretty village. We recommend it

the service is very friendly and the ratio of quantity/price excellent , however I advise you to go hiking in the surrounding mountain after the very hearty meal , or too hearty !in regard to this old house known in the region , we can regret the lack of lightness of the kitchen and renewal !

Excellent restaurant with a varied menu and quality products. The dishes are good and hearty, Polo the chef prepares you an excellent ball chicken. Children's dishes are also good and hearty.

We were very welcome and ate like kings. the ariegean menu, local aperitif, meat entry followed by a rich dish, topped a cheese tray and finally dessert! For us bike traveler it was perfect.

We booked for one night and didn't like it too much. The bedding didn't satisfy us. mattress too soft. the rest of the hotel's calm
