On a holiday in ariège, I searched the internet to eat a super cassoulet and I fell on a video on youtube that is on the restaurant’s site. I've done 100 km to go, but I'm sorry! a real happiness this graceful cassoulet and you feel that there is a great mastery of the subject, a true knowledge to do with fresh local products. the staff is very pleasant. the restaurant and the sanitary are very clean. I recommend without hesitation. think to book because apparently often complete (what I understand).
