Hostellerie Saint Hubert

I stayed at St. Hubert for one night during a business trip and we had a nice dinner with our customers. Everyone was delighted with the perfectly prepared food. Not only tasted it great, but it was also a pleasure for the eye. As you would expect from a French restaurant, you need to take some time. No fast food offered here, rather haute cuisine. I recommend the steak tartare (if you like raw meat like me) and the marvelous cheese cake.

Very satisfied, very qualified staff, the level of cuisine of enormous progress we have been made we eat very well. The sommelier that advises you for the wines really helps you and it gives a plus to the establishment, the desserts are really delicious. In its globality, you spend a great time all the more the framework is unique in the region. We'll be back soon.

Very nice establishment in a pleasant setting with a very nice decoration. The reception and service were pleasant. The cuisine is generous, greedy, refined, with great delicacy and subtlety in the combination of dishes and flavors. Our 5-year-old boy was not in the rest, the child menu was of quality. Bravo to the leader and his team!

Had a Kir Royal as aperitif. 1st Carpaccio with Ruccola and 2nd dish was a perfect lamb with a perfect wine. Sweets with ice and parfait is must have in France! Finally a barrel aged cognac ! Excellent!

We had lunch in this very beautiful place. The kitchen is searched and excellent. We understood that the card changes regularly, it will give us the opportunity to return.
