I live nearby and often visit Bagel-Platz when I have the chance, but the ordering process and wait times are frustratingly inefficient. You need a better system in place, as efficiency is a major issue. Currently, when you reach the register to place your order, the staff member takes your order and then leaves the register to prepare it before returning to you. This process repeats for each customer, which is why there are always long lines. Although there are plenty of people working, the service is incredibly slow because of this setup. I usually enjoy this restaurant, but today I'm feeling a bit frustrated. I ordered a bagel with scallion cream cheese, but received regular cream cheese instead. I got a chocolate chip muffin for the kids when I requested a chocolate chocolate chip muffin. Additionally, the whole wheat mucosa was missing altogether. It would have been helpful if they had informed me about the unavailable items. I was charged for what I wanted, but didn’t receive it. I also tried to reach out for a response five times without success. I'm not sure if I’ll order from here again next time.

Great delicious bagels! I like this location better than the one in Clifton. As a plus, they make their own bagels. It's more spacious and better ambiance. The only potential issue might be parking. I think it's only street parking as I did not see any parking lots so if it's busy, as it usually is, this might be a challenge but I think there's plenty of parking on the side streets. Service is great! It might be busy but the lines do move fast. I'm glad to have this bagel place so close by.

This restaurant serves delicious food, but the ordering process for delivery through Seamless is chaotic and poorly organized. For instance, if you want to order a breakfast sandwich, there’s no option to select a bagel type, and there are very few modifiers available. After completing my order for what are supposedly the best bagels in Bloomfield, I think they should take notes on how to better structure their online ordering system. As ALWAYS, DELIGHTED, to be a customer of this amazing place where I am my breakfast sandwich and other items, almost every other day. RAQUEL immediately helped me pay out my online order as soon as I went through the entrance door. BLESSEN pleasure to visit and spend good time with those you care. There is so much to LOVE about this place! The bengals are the freshest in town, the egg sandwiches are cooked to order, delicious and affordable, and the owners are some of the nicest people in town! They are always giving to the community with things like a tree lighting with free hot chocolate and goodies in addition to running this gem. *If it is a nice day, grab a seat outside :

My bagel shop! Best Bagels and Breakfast Sandwiches in North Jersey. Fluffy on the inside and perfect texture on the outside. Not too soft, not too hard. And the staff is carrying a tight ship. Always fast, but no sacrifice in quality.

Probably the best bagel in NJ... Best egg and cheese on a bagel I've ever had... the staff is very friendly and happy to deal with customers.... definitely my go to Bagel Store every day!!!!

Super fresh and delicious food. Made to order sausage, homemade bagels that are tied well. Super fast turning also made for order. There's a reason they're busy. Very friendly staff too!
