Finally made it over here. The center of town is such a mess for the GPS- just be careful, it's like a web of stop signs and weird turns. Best bet is to google Bovine Burgers and go there. This cart is in the same parking lot. Or you can follow the sign for chili dogs. I did not, and followed my gps, and took a little tour of town. Ok, that said, onto Genes. Sabretts in potato buns. Check. Hot onions. Check. Things are looking up. I recreated the belly buster from JJ's in Newark- chili, cheese, hot onions and kraut. Hot Diggity Dog moved a couple of years ago to North Prospect Road where there is a full sized shop, a bit of parking and a fair sized and predictable menu. Famished mid evening stopped off for a half pound cheese burger costing £6. Nothing succulent or tasty but produced quickly and politely. Filled the gap but probably wouldn’t have another. They sell lots else.
