In an effort to resolve the issue, the server took my cup, searched for a slotted spoon in the cabinet, and removed some ice before adding more. When I asked how adding more ice would improve the flavor, she suggested putting in some sugar instead. I then requested if she could simply add more lemonade to my drink, but she refused.
Feeling frustrated, I asked for the corporate number, and she provided me with a business card. I called and spoke with the area manager, who seemed genuinely concerned about the poor service I received and mentioned that my drink should have been replaced. She said she would contact the store, so I waited a few minutes for her to call me back and ask if Alex was...
My kids absolutely love drinking lemonade, and whenever we visit the mall, I always make sure to get them some. I even go back for refills from time to time. However, the downside of this location is that they don’t offer refills to customers. There’s a sign stating that refills cost $2 or more, which I find confusing since they don’t actually provide refills. Because of this, I’m giving this location just one star.
On new years day I came into the mall with three cups ready to get my lemonade refill. I didn't realize that they closed an hour earlier and that I was 9min late. The cashier spoke with her supervisor and they helped me get my lemonade even though they were closed. Customer service like this is so hard to find these days. Thank you very much for going out of your way to be a blessing!
My kids very like to drink lemonade . Very time we went to any mall I will buy it for them . Also I will go to get rifle it them leave . Bad thing at this location is they don’t preferred to customer refills. But the sign say $2 or more for refill ! I want to know what is that for ? If you do not do refilling why you put sign on ! What is why I gave this location one star .

Yay for hot dog on a stick or corn dogs. It's in the food court of the mall so it's hard to miss among all the other food stalls. Service is nice and you'll see the workers churning fresh lemonade. I like that they offer turkey dogs as well as beef dogs.
Not as good as it used to be.... because the stick is some sort of cardboard/paper it leaves paper residue in your hot dog, they need to go back to wood sticks. And the prices have gotten high! But the lemonade is still good.

I have loved coming here since I was a kid. I love their limeade. I also like that you can choose beef or Turkey corn dogs.
