A young experienced crowd showcasing their best efforts. With the children hungry on a Friday night, Declan at Hot house pizza was full of personality, quick and efficient on the phone. Told me what I wanted and needed to hear, overhearing chaos in the back, I feared that the wait would be drastic. I was completely wrong, the final outcome was quick as I easily received my food in 15 to 20 minutes right after calling. Not only is the store consistent with their service, the pizzas are fresh, ideal for a winters night. Will most definitely be back, perfect in every aspect.
My review focuses solely on the hot spicy chicken wings. I might be a bit late in sharing my thoughts, but I've been enjoying these wings for the past couple of years. They are, without a doubt, the best hot spicy wings I've tasted in Australia (at least, according to my personal preference). They are consistently well-cooked, taste the same every time, and the service is incredibly quick. Just a heads up—these wings sell out fast, so make sure to place your order before they're gone!

tonight I ordered a pizza in the store. there was a 25-minute waiting time. the line didn't go for orders, the phone didn't stop, and a procession of riders picked up supplies. it took longer than 25 minutes, but I see what this is about. the pizza was delicious, the pizzateig was perfect. this is my new favorite place. Who doesn't love this incredible pizza place in Point Cook? The customer service is exceptional, and the pizza is absolutely delicious! They kindly ask customers for a bit of patience with their orders, as they tend to get very busy, and trust me, their pizzas are worth the wait. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
Food is always hot and fresh. Delivery almost always arrives before the ETA and when they are having a busy night they call to let you know there may be a delay and ask if your still like to proceed with your order. Amazing customer service and friendly staff. Hands down the best place for pizza!
