We chose this company due to their swift response to our initial inquiries Honestly, this was one of the best customer service experiences ever!! Jacki was absolutely incredible. From answering my questions swiftly and with patience, to having her artist create the hand drawn personalized cartoon, Jacki went above and beyond the call of duty. ? We just received our shipment of our HOT SAUCE wedding favors!! We're so excited to share these with all our family and friends. Jacki Reynolds was the most helpful and delightful representative to work with. She sent us different flavors to choose from and had everything done so fast. The design team had a label draft for us to review the next day and once approved the bottles arrived to us less than a week. I can't say enough about this wonderful company! It took me a little to get to writing a review, but we had our reception in August and decided we wanted bottles of hot sauce to be our wedding favors. We love spicy food and could host a hot sauce tasting party without shopping, probably have at least 20 different hot sauces in our house.
