Service “professionals” in the house cannot distinguish mustard from mayonnaise. If you think that's it, you're wrong. Dishes are not served as the menu suggests. I had a completely raw egg on my galette and after I told the waitress, the dish was briefly put in the microwave and served again the same way. After I pointed it out again, the hotel manager didn't see any fault and just said that it could be taken back to the kitchen, even though the galette was no longer edible in the slightest.
