Service is miserable. Apparently they 're geared towards tourists who won 't come back anyway: I ordered barley soup and realized that there was bacon in it. As a vegan living person, of course I could not eat them. There was no mention of bacon on the menu. The manager said that was clear to everyone in Switzerland (does that mean: apparently not to me...implicitly: I 'm too stupid??? . I ordered poor quality tomato soup (out of the bag? which I waited a long time for (as a punishment? In the end the boss charged for BOTH soups!!! Large portions are not everything. Everything we consumed tasted like convenience, and it was rather mediocre. The wine selection and especially the open bar are poor. Service was very friendly. Toilet, disabled toilet on the upper floor can only be reached by stairs.
