Wir waren heute hier zum Mittagessen, hatten eine schönen Tisch auf dem Rathausplatz im freien und genossen den schönen Ausblick auf die alten Häuserzeilen in Stein am Rhein. Schon der erste Kontakt mit dem Servicepersonal war nicht so, wie wir es erwartet hatten. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass unser Anliegen Mittagessen zu bestellen nicht wirklich auf Begeisterung gestossen ist, was es doch bei einem Restaurant eigentlich sollte,.....oder? Aus Gesprächen an den Nebentischen war zu vernehmen, dass die Wartezeit unverhältnismässig lange sei. (Hauptgericht heute 1 Stunde).Anscheinend sei eine Gruppe von 30 Personen im Oberstock an dieser Wartezeit "schuld". Nun gut, von einem Traditionsrestaura...

Service is miserable. Apparently they 're geared towards tourists who won 't come back anyway: I ordered barley soup and realized that there was bacon in it. As a vegan living person, of course I could not eat them. There was no mention of bacon on the menu. The manager said that was clear to everyone in Switzerland (does that mean: apparently not to me...implicitly: I 'm too stupid??? . I ordered poor quality tomato soup (out of the bag? which I waited a long time for (as a punishment? In the end the boss charged for BOTH soups!!! At my protest and the threat of a bad review, the boss said she didn 't care at all about bad reviews on the internet. I was very angry. Stay away from this resta...

Great place to stay , felt welcomed from the minute we checked in until check out. Would definitely stay here again was sad only had one night in Zurich. Clean , comfort room. Great food service at restaurant in hotel. Hotel staff very...friendly accomodating from letting us leave luggage prior to getting our room so we could explore Zurich instead of just sitting waiting for room to be ready.

Hier erwartet euch mittelmäßiges Essen und ein hektischer Kellner.Wir hatten Rösti mit gebackenen Felchenfilet. War uns zu fettig und lag schwer im Magen.Ambiente an sich ist ganz gut.
