Hotel Bentheimer Hof

this was my second visit to this hotel and in its excellent restaurant. I had not long to wait before the waitress was on my table and it was just as good that I spoke a German as she could not speak English. she said...I, she speaks German and Dutch because of the close proximity to the nederland border, which is only km away. this would explain the number of nederlanders in the restaurant. After I had ordered my wrinkles and kartofels, I wait a little longer than planned, but that gave me the opportunity to have some of the excellent beers. that was worth waiting because the meal was excellent. I have no complaints and would highly recommend this restaurant and the hotel.

we stayed in this hotel and decided to stay in the restaurant and eat there. there is a choice between a fixed menu or “à la carte”. we chose the latter which was not at all bad. the duck we had was tender and really good (from bresse france). the filetsteak was rose and perfectly prepared. something nice and a selection of good weeping made it a really beautiful surprise. all in all a good service! if you do not want to choose the menu, simply select a simple curry sausage if you want. it shouldn't be all chic. I really enjoyed the stay and dinner at this place.

we were in this hotel and decided to stay in the restaurant and eat. there is a selection of a set menu or a la carte we decided to go for the latter, which was not bad at all. the duck we had was tender and really good (by bresse france.) the fillet steak was rose and perfectly boiled. some nice sweet and a selection of good weeping made it a really beautiful surprise. good service together! if you don't want to go for the menu, simply choose a curry when you want. it shouldn't be nice. it really enjoyed the stay and dinner at this place.

chef is an excellent cook that is not even able to prepare a decent pasta dish as soon as the guests have included dinner in their price. when we complain about the poor quality of food, we were not taken seriously by the staff. high level...Church is reasonable, apart from some terrible mistakes in balance and a few repetitions in taste and ingredients through the course of the menu. the presentation is significantly more important than the rest and hospitality? we think the staff should go back to school.

the restaurant has a atmospheric look with chic elements. eating it is paradies to tho love reserve ribs and burgers. there are hardly any options for vegetarian or vegan. the served eating was hard hot, the suppe was cold as the service.
