Hôtel Château Cléry

We have the impression of having been scammed, the suite is not in the castle but in an outbuilding in very poor condition on the outside and which needs to be completely renovated on the inside (cracks, paint to be redone, carpet etc). In addition, the person at reception was aggressive when we told him that we would not pay for our child's meal given that it was included in the reservation description on the site. (meal that we therefore did not pay for). This person admitted to having already had complaints about this, yet the problem persists and no action is put in place to avoid this situation (which makes it even more scandalous).
