On nous avait recommandé ce restaurant pour manger un cassoulet et après un accueil très bon, j'ai mangé un cassoulet excellent et je me suis régalé, ma compagne a pris un autre plat qu'elle a trouvé très très bon aussi, nous avons déjeuné dans un endroit sympathique avec un service parfait et un bon rapport qualité prix.Nous avons fait vraiment un très bon repas
during our road trip we wanted to stop eating a cassoulet, what better than eating it in the world capital of the cassoulet. In this first week of January few open restaurants we arrive by chance in front of this hotel restaurant, not disappointed, the cassoulet was delicious, the best I ate so far. leaving small stop at the shop to leave with some cans.

The cassoulet was superb! Oh, so savory, with nice crispy-crust bread to soak up the broth. Lovely wait staff.
