Wir waren aufgrund eines Seminars zum Mittagessen in dem BelleVue eingefallen. Organisation, Ablauf und auch das zusammengestellte Essen (es gab jeweils ein Fleisch- und ein Fisch-Gericht zur Vorauswahl) waren gut. This hotel is oddly located on top of a downmarket shopping centre. There's no obvious presence at street level; one accesses it via a door to a lift to the 6th floor reception. It seems, in fact, to be two hotels: the somewhat less expensive Hotel Maximilian shares the premises and reception area. Some facilities are shared between the two hotels but others are only available to guests in one or other (for example, bathrobes are available only to guests in Dreilanderbrucke whereas only guests in Maximilian can access blue movies, according to the information booklet in the bedroom). We stayed here because we wanted to visit Basel and prices in Switzerland are a bit high. The hotel was super clean and super quiet, even though it's located in a super busy shopping centre. Parking at the shopping centre is for free. There is a tram around the corner that takes you to Basel city centre in about 20 minutes. Totally recommended for anyone that wants to explore the area.

We stayed here because we wanted to visit Basel and prices in Switzerland are a bit high. The hotel was super clean and super quiet, even though it's located in a super busy shopping centre. Parking at the shopping centre is for free. There is...a tram around the corner that takes you to Basel city centre in about minutes. Totally recommended for anyone that wants to explore the area.
Wir buchen in dem Hotel als Firma seit längerem und das Restaurant wurde ganz neu gebaut. Das Restaurant ist seit anfangs Jahr offen und wir waren Geschäftlich mit einer Gruppe (25 Personen) zum Abendessen. Wir haben sehr gut gegessen und Bedienung war sehr professionell, Empfehlenswert, so weiter machen!
Mits je het kunt vinden een prima restaurant in dit hotel. Heerlijk vers Waldhaus bier op de tap. Keurige kaart. Vriendelijke bediening. Ik nam de carpaccio en de Caesar salad. Niet bijzonder maar gewoon goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.
We dined in twice whilst staying at the Best Western, were really happy with this restaurant. The bar staff, waiters provided excellent service, while the menu range was more than adequate. The wine recommendation also hit the mark.
