we stopped in this hotel. theoretically the place is favorable, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is good (without champagne, but with freshly pressed juices). close to a good spa and thermal pool they are included in the room rate. there are bikes to rent to drive around the lake. but it seemed to me that a little expensive for 38 euro. it is understandable to eat as much as you want, but without water, wee etc. if the mag is big, it can be worthwhile. this is not our first trip to others, usually congratulates the staff somehow. but in this hotel they forgot. check their account when they check out. they may not count properly. in general the place is good.
from the recent visit to the restaurant dependance we were more than done.The very pleasant, attentive service accompanied a very tasty feeding sequence: starting with delicious vitello tonnato, followed by delicate scallop and calf and calf fillet as well as juicy dorade with clone risotto to the delicious chocolate cake with liquid core and tonka benese was good! a visit in the restaurant is therefore highly recommended!
we were in the restaurant for dinner. unfortunately the kitchen has prepared the risotto with spinat, which I ordered, instead of truffles. After I made the waiter aware of it, the teller was removed. After a short time, I was presented with a court that was supposed to be newly prepared. it still contained spinat and additionally truffle oil. such a procedure is simply a deception and a good restaurant unworthy.
so is refresh!, super atmospheric, great spa area, comfortable rooms. directly on the water, in the city via the promenade within walking distance. breakfast, I'll be right back. the restaurant dependance highly recommended if you want something special. It's just a pity that no more children than guests are desired, otherwise we'd be here more often!

long time this hotel was a pleasant destination. service, offer, ambiente - everything always corresponded to expectations. this last stay has moved us to rethink. eating - also in the boathouse - has left behind, the service is no longer like once. a new provision for a golf weekend must come - there is certainly also elsewhere in brandenburg.
what a wonderful place for a day spa. wonderfully swimming, relaxing, enjoying mega good applications, getting pampered in the bistro and letting the souls dangle. a whole day is like a whole weekend. wonderful!top staff in all areas, all friendly, competent and guest-oriented. wonderful!1 hour from berlin and in the evening you are home again.
here you are really cooked by the kitchen crew. it was really difficult to decide which court you should choose. we've slept great, and that's already in the morning at the breakfast buffet.

only to recommend, different room motifs invite you to ala cart or a three-way menu, a baggage in one of the three bars lets the evening out
last night of our stay we were eating in the "restaurant dependance" and it tasted excellent. we also liked the "winston lounge".
