as we were a big company in the restaurant late evening, we had a great gastronomic experience. professional service, a waitress took care of our 15-headed group very quickly! without exception all the dishes looked excellent, my choice was a filet of local fish, I forgot his name when they get it, check it, it starts at l, it is only found in local waters. I had appetit tonight on a spatula cream soup and this was exactly what I offered on a sign in front of the door. So I turned in.The suppe was extremely ally and very fine resistance. the nasty was very airy and fits perfectly. the best but were the quite lettuce peaks found in the deep of the suppe. fresh baguette bread was served. the exquisite kitchen, as well as the friendly staff, provided a successful evening.
with a small group we visited this restaurant for dinner. the menu includes wild, meat and fish dishes for almost every taste and purse. with the quality of eating we were very satisfied. also the service is very good compared to many other restaurants in the region. as we go to eat regularly in this group composition, we have a good overview of the South Frisian restaurants.The restaurant is modern and cosy.
"kartoffeln und co" one of 2 (?) restaurants to the hotel friesenhof, apparently can be ordered in both of them from both cards. the food was very well made, bratkartoffeln not drowned in fat and nicely tanned, drenched bite-resistant, large protion on an even larger disher. the size of the portion may not give the image well. really positive surprise.
