Hotel Gasthaus Stegerbräu - Fam Stiegler

Nous passons nos vacances à Radstadt chaque année depuis 2000 et au moins 3 fois pendant notre séjour de 2 semaines nous nous rendons chez Steger. très bon accueil à chaque fois, il est vrai que nous sommes "Stammgäste". A recommander : copieux plateau de charcuteries (Steirajaus ́n en photo), Grillteller Steger, potages et petites salades en entrées. Les cèpes (Steinplilze) rôtis et girolles (Pfifferlinge) en août et fin août le Sturm (première presse fermentée de vin blanc, autrement dit vin bourru qui est un moût en cours de fermentation alcoolique...à consommer avec modération car doux mais traître ;-) et surtout le Kaiserschmarrn (crèpe de l'Empereur)

Ein super schöner Biergarten hat uns schon von weitem angelacht. Die Speisekarte hat uns dann hinein gelockt. Nette Bedienungen, die sehr aufmerksam immer nachfragten, ob alles passt. Das Essen war sehr gut, ich hatte ein Gulasch, bei dem das Fleisch auseinander fiel, so zart war es. Man merkte auch, daß die Fleischqualität sehr gut war. Ein wenig mehr auf dem Teller wäre super gewesen, aber nicht, weil man nicht satt geworden ist, sondern weil es so gut war! Desweiteren hatten wir noch Cordon Bleu (ebenso zart und von guter Qualität) und je einen Beilagensalat, alles auch sehr gut. Würde ich jedem empfehlen!

If the weather if fine, stay on the terrace: the view in wonderful. About the food we tasted some good austrian dishes with a touch of international taste: they were all different but always good. It is a restaurant we really appreciated.

If the weather is good, do not miss the opportunity to dinner at the terrace: a great view over the valley. Apart this, the dishes are very good, basically austrian cuisine with a modern touch, all rich and plentiful. Reserva una mesa ahora

The restaurant has a great view towards the walley and the mountains and offers classic Austrain dishes for a resonable price. Also the service i quite good and service minded.

We had a great meal on the terrace overlooking the valley. However, once our meal was done we had a very hard time getting the check.

Great views when sitting outside especially during sunset. Food was very good, The 2 waiters were very efficient and helpful.
