Unfortunately, the pre-ordered Rehschaufle did not exist, for this alternative a very tasty rehbrat and the corresponding explanation of the chef. The second round of drinks could have been ordered without request. The booking error on the invoice was corrected without prior notice. We were obviously served by a new employee and yes “all the beginning is heavy” that served us very friendly and courteously. Absolute understanding on our side and we look forward to coming back. Also the price-performance ratio fits.
We liked it. My husband had the roe and was very happy. I had the Ochsenbäckchen, which really break on the tongue, excellent!!, also the sauce was good. Only the corresponding salt potatoes could still be replaced by another supplement. Salt potatoes are never very exciting.
