the restaurant sternen is located in the middle of the Black Forest (Staufenberg,Gernsbach),is a hotel restaurant. you can sleep here wonderfully (rooms are generous and bright)! and eat. starting with suppening, then in the weinsudgeschmorten fry, oxenbäckchen, freshwater fish... often you can no longer get to dessert what was jammerschade! the menu in the internet is just one extract, but it is much more dishes. so many ver. Baden wines------- at 1/2 price of the flatland! so definitely stay there so that you can drink carelessly.From Baden-Baden, a bus 244 runs directly in front of the door (stop: to star). Thursday.

Outstanding! Obsolete German cuisine price performance Very good . We were four people and had two special requests that were not on the map. The special wishes were happy and perfectly fulfilled. Our superior was very attentive and accommodating. The dishes were all boiled to the point. The quality of food is not better. Mostly regional suppliers The ambience is cozy and In the typical Black Forest style with a lot of elaborate woodwork. We've been coming to the Ulrich family for many years. For us always a path of 40 kilometers. But this is not too far for this gastronomic experience.

in the stars you get excellent seasonal farmhouse kitchen with fresh ingredients. the already repeatedly praised salat with the homedressing is really very delicious. also the served meat was on the spot. a real highlight are the hand-cut late zle. also the sorbets and panna cotta to dessert were very good. as well as the plant fire. go and enjoy!
