Cigarette odor in the corridor, cigarette fumes when having the window open, noisy at night. Receptionist's excuse was they can't police all the time. When checking out they said they would have offered another room if I had informed them in the early hours. Not recommended.

We were assigned a room that smelled the cigarette, we asked to change the room unfortunately none was ready in case of rescue.Highly security level, we have to think of putting smoke detectors because in our room there was no!
