Hôtel La Calade Salagou

For a night's stay on half board, we were very well received. The rooms are very spacious, clean and pleasant. The restaurant unfortunately does not live up to the price and titles offered... We were quite disappointed. The dishes, although good, lacked refinement and finesse, and cruelly lacked seasoning. Too bad, because the associations and ideas on paper seemed right. Furthermore, the quantities were more than correct but the dessert (chocolate and pistachio) very heavy and bland, first time that we could not finish... Rooms: Plenty of storage, comfortable bedding. Food drinks: Bad value for money

A bit of a long start between taking orders and serving aperitifs (to their credit there were several groups) but very quickly forgotten by a friendly, very commercial service (free coffees, not all do), very good food, good wine , a dessert to die for (crunchy chocolate pistachio, very light, a treat and yet I'm not much of a dessert person). We left satisfied and delighted!! Thank you so much !!

Perfectly located in Octon, close to Lake Salagou. This restaurant offers very good traditional cuisine. In summer, the terrace is open. Beautiful setting and warm welcome. Nearby activities: Hiking around Lake Salagou and boat rental. Walkability: Restaurant in the center of the village. Food drinks: Mastered traditional cuisine. Service: 5
