We were very disappointed this hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming. However, the room price is too high for the weekend rate. The cheapest is 145 euros per night on weekends and holidays. The room is small, clean but not specially functional. There is no box of handkerchiefs, towels are not of good quality. There's no catch in the bathroom. The hair dryer doesn't dry anything. The shower is open type Italian shower, but since it is a cabin that has been opened, it is much too small. Even by being very careful, during a shower, you put water everywhere in the bathroom and then you slide on it while walking. There is no extra blanket in the wardrobe. We didn't test the spa.
I booked this property as part of a birthday party. The place is great with Spa, great restaurant and quality room. Everything was going well. But that was without counting on our upstairs neighbors who had a terrible scene from 2 a.m. to 4 a.m.: loud music, repeated screaming and jumping. In terms of action by the staff of the establishment NOTHING. Other residents had to go to the police themselves without result. In the end very good if you are looking for a great restaurant or a welcoming Spa but hotel to avoid if you want to sleep which is the main purpose of an establishment that wants to be renowned
Quality of service at the top, the people are friendly, a secure and comfortable place well reserved. Accessible to family life or for those who are in a relationship. There is the restaurant, the activities, the sports side that young people love and the spa side, swimming pools, jacuzzi, room with therapeutic steam cabin for everyone etc... Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value
