The restaurant is located in the Lac Bleu hotel, where the breakfast buffet is also served. My partner and I were well received. There isn't a lot of choice but this generally guarantees quality. The vegetarian burger was very good with the Beaufort. It is served with a vegetable omelette. It was a very nice experience to eat it with its croissant-style bread, I recommend it. Home fries are served as a side dish, but the quantity is a little low. The stew was also good, with its various meats and sauce. So there you have it, how can I put it we simply loved it. From the welcome to the permanent smile, the good humor, the love of good food and good wine. A little nugget discovered a stone's throw from the Col de la Madeleine, in the heart of St François Longchamp. The hotel is ideally located 50m from the chairlift; we leave and return on skis. We eat really, really well there. Everyone takes care of themselves. Very pleasant rooms. Nothing to say. We who usually had our quarters at Club Med de Valmorel on the other side of the slope, now as they say “there’s no photo”. We will definitely come back and I recommend you go too.
Stay of 3 days 2 nights in July 2023. Everything was perfect. A smiling, friendly and very professional welcome. The spacious rooms, the comfortable bedding and the nickel and very well appointed bathroom (hat for the pressure of the shower upstairs! Finally, the homemade breakfast with local products was delicious and plentiful. An excellent address on st francois for a short or long stay. You can go there with your eyes closed! Rooms: 5
