Really expensive hotel for what it is, unhappy with it. The hotel is really small and in need of modernisation and refurbishment throughout. The bathroom had no proper shower it had only a handheld shower head which is so inconvenient and water sprayed everywhere in the bathroom. Completely not the standard of a 5* hotel. Rooms and furniture in need of modernisation, the rooms aren’t really comfortable. Reception area is super small and uncomfortable; it struggles to fit more than two guests and luggage. Unfortunately, the experience was far below what was advertised and expected. The room was extremely small and not in acceptable condition, with broken electrical sockets that posed both inconvenience and safety concerns. Additionally, there was significant noise disturbance throughout the night, both from within the hotel and from outside, which made it very difficult to sleep and rest properly. The dining facilities were also unacceptable. The dining area appeared dirty, outdated, and had a very unpleasant smell, particularly in the lounge area. Good points: almost all of the staff are very nice, professional and helpful Bad points: the ski room is actually the nearby ski shop open to the public that you will need to walk outside to get to, the spa and lobby are extremely small, some pictures are misleading because they are of apartments (not hotel rooms or hotel common areas), the shower we had was the old, inconvenient type where you have to constantly hold the shower head (i.e., the bathroom is outdated), and we had some terrible experiences with a very rude porter (and the approach of the general manager was to try and ignore the issue which is highly unprofessional). Très déçus par notre séjour dans cet hôtel qui se veut pourtant cinq étoiles. Les chambres sont très mal isolées, ce qui nous a permis d’entendre distinctement la gouvernante parler de nous à voix basse d’un ton moqueur, juste devant notre chambre (pas très intelligent). Ce comportement est inacceptable dans un établissement de ce standing et témoigne d’un réel manque de professionnalisme et de respect envers les clients. Nous nous attendions à un service irréprochable et à une atmosphère élégante et bienveillante, ce qui n’a malheureusement pas été le cas.
C’est pas un 5 étoiles du tout . La chambre est ok même si elle donne sur une boite de nuit qui fait beaucoup de bruit . Pour info on avait la suite . Pour le reste , sincèrement , j’ai jamais vu ça , service incompétent au plus haut point et nourriture avariée testée à deux demeurées à deux jours d’intervalle je blague pas .
