for the restaurant part: the meal was good at a resonable price (it was for a noon in September) , special mention for the moclade, very good, fried in quantity it was very appreciable . on the other hand the advertisement in the city center near the market indicates a formula at 15€, the panel in front of the restaurant indicates a formula at 15€, on the other hand sitting at table more menu at 15€. This is really not a respectable business practice.
