past the surprise of the place that reminds of an eco-neighborhood of container houses, and behind this facade, this complex hotelier of a new genre still has some adjustments to experience. of containers it is actually buildings with modern architecture well made. The interior is spacious and can accommodate up to 3 people (in some rooms there is a small separate bed from the main room, without a real partition. well equipped, the apartment since that is what it is, offers the necessary cooking and refrigerator. it is air-conditioned at the place of the main room and the system is intended to serve the entire accommodation. What a find! This hotel is an absolute delight. The rooms are large and comfortably sleep 3, each room has its own balcony. What really made our stay was the welcome from the reception staff. Unfortunately the hotel doesn't serve diner on a weekend, nevertheless the lady at reception explained to us all the various places that were open. When we returned with a take-away pizza to eat in the restaurant area our host went out of her way to set the table and serve water. Service way beyond anything which we had expected. With an electric car charging point, secure storage for bikes and such a welcoming atmosphere I'd recommend this hotel and would be very happy indeed to return.
WE really enjoyed this hotel. One of the best road side hotels we have stayed in on roads leading from Caen to the Spanish border. Spacious rooms, very clean, nice bathrooms and the staff was always friendly especially the kind young man at reception on the evening of our arrival. We did not try the restaurant which unfortunately is closed on Sunday evenings. It's good that at least the bar is open. The location is far from restaurants but apart from that it is fine, not too far off the main highway from Caen. Car park is fine.
Clearly aimed at the business market it sits on the edge of an unfinished residential development adjacent to a super U. It also looks like a modular build so more motel than hotel. Pluses were room quality and comfort, good on site food for dinner and breakfast, having a nice dining and lounge area right be reception. Negatives were the poor wifi in the rooms though not in reception and quite a challenge to work out how to how to get there. Good spot if not aiming to be a tourist in Caen. Would use again.

This is the first time I booked in this hotel. Although I arrived late at 10:30, there was someone at the reception. I thought I was sleeping in a normal room and it was in an apartment that I found myself. Small kitchen with fridge, large bedroom, large bathroom and even a bed 2 me. Perfect for a small family that would stay in the area a few days.
Once again I spent an excellent stay at the hotel liberated. The rooms are always as comfortable and it is a real pleasure to taste the homemade dishes of their chef. One for the choice of refined cheeses and selected by the management.
A really nice place is quiet, the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. In addition to the hotel at its restaurant and I invite your taste buds to enjoy .menue of the varied day, but a big blow of heart at the chest shrimp dish
