It wasn't for me a good hotel-service experience. When I arrived I asked for the check out time, and one lady told me that I can return the key at latest at 10:30am. Next day during breakfast, another employee came to me and asked me "Do you know at what time you need to return the room" I just said 10:30 and the lady in an unpolite manner replies "AT LATESTEST 10:30!". (I accept that I should have said "latestest" but it wasn't the way to reply). At the end I returned the key at 10:20 and no one was really checking the time.Later on, I had an appointment at 12, and at 11:15 I kindly asked the employee if she could ordered a taxi for me, she said "You should have ordered yesterday!!" ... (Excuse me? What a service is that? In another place also in Heidenheim I asked for a taxi, and I didn't get such reply, they said that the taxi will take some time and if that was ok for me.)She called the taxi, and said, also in an upolite manner, the TAXI IS GOING TO TAKE 30 mins!, which in reality the taxi operator said between 20 and 30 mins. I kindly asked the lady how long does it takes to get to the place by foot, she said, not too long, and again in an upolite manner said, BUT I ALREADY ORDERED THE TAXI!!, like saying , don't think about going by footAt the end I just wanted to leave the place, I will never stay there.Do they don't like foreings or what?
