We spent a very good night in a quality bedding, quiet. we arrived on a Friday night in a very good atmosphere, warm and caring welcome. a very spacious room, clean and meeting the standard of the with a good value price. small flat for breakfast, a light buffet for one but with quality products. The buffet was only cold. No egg on dishes, no rusty or bacon etc. in terms of pastries only croissants and a single fruit juice. we had heard some complaints from other tables about the little variety. a little shame to finish his stay on this while all the other services were perfect! Extraordinary, a hotel where we are at home. the staff is discreet, benevolent, smiling, adorable and professional, from the reception, to the restaurant service as to the level of room women. the chef of the restaurant is really listening and shows a lot of generosity in his dishes, simple and very good. As for the director he knows how to manage his teams, we feel a good atmosphere, without tension ... but smiles. the room is spacious and very clean, perfect breakfast, everything was really great. We recommend and return that is certain.
most: very friendly staff. corner around the fireplace with board games available, as at home. cocktail of the bar very good. We had a very nice attention to our wedding anniversary. less: we wanted to enjoy the swimming pool, but it was very cold in the room, cold water because open window (in February the toilets of the room deserve to be changed (a lot of tartar and no double water hunting).
I didn’t sleep in this establishment but I was having a drink and frankly I was pleasantly surprised the interior bar is very pretty and pleasant and the outdoor garden is beautiful with great barbecue parties, I’ll come back to try no doubt there’s even a lot to play the petanque under the trees. A place to remember on fountainbleau.

We organized our wedding honour wine last Saturday at the Mercury of Fountain. a place with a beautiful setting, with a beautiful garden and a swimming pool, very smiling and pleasant staff, the buffet was top, the excellent champagne!!! thanks to catherine and the whole team!!! stone and caro.
J'avais commandé un chef salade suivie d'un café gourmand. Tous les deux étaient bon. Ma belle fille a commandé un risotto qui était miniscule. J'était genée puisqu'elle était mon invitée. Son dessert, une fraise melba, était bonne et d'une taille correcte.
