We stayed in this hotel and ate at the restaurant; that was a mistake. Getting the attention of a waiter to take an order was the first challenge; they stayed out of the way in the kitchen to avoid having to serve customers. When one...appeared, he or she was immediately flagged down by several tables. Well, we managed to place an order; an omelette, tempura hake and wine. 2 out of 3 arrived correctly; the third was transformed into chicken salad. They had no interest in correcting their error. The folks at the next table had the same experience a computer error . The wait staff don 't take responsibility for computer errors , clearly. Avoid this place like the plague.

Très satisfait de la qualité d'accueil du Novotel convention wellness. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et réactif aux demandes. Les prestations sont de qualité. Les chambres sont propres et agréables dans les standards de Novotel. Le centre fitness est bien équipé et un coach vous guide pour les exercices. Le wellness est bien entretenu et propre avec piscine, sauna et spa. Un petit havre de paix. Le plus : l'offre park, sleep and fly qui permet de séjourner et partir en vacances l'esprit tranquille.

When traveling on business to this hotel, I can only encourage you to book your stay there for one or more nights. Ideally located near Roissy airport and Aeroville. Parking sufficiently large and equipped with charging stations. All the staff (reception, breakfast, bar, housekeeping and back office) are responsive, welcoming and their professionalism is to be highlighted. A special thank you to Olga, Daniel and Laurence who made this trip very pleasant.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet hôtel, les chambres sont confortables spacieuses et d'une propreté irréprochable. Le restaurant était au dessus de nos attentes, le menu enfant est très qualitatif, le petit déjeuner très copieux et varié avec des produits frais et de qualité.Pour courronner le tout l'accueil et le professionnalisme du Chef de Réception Yousseph. Serveuse complètement dépassée alors que restaurant à moitié vide. Cocktails très longs à venir et arrivés après les plats. Plats refusés en attendant les cocktails et rapportés quelques minutes après à peine tiède !Clairement le restaurant n'est pas au niveau de l'hôtel qui lui est très bien.

Bel Hôtel. Très bien situé avant de prendre un vol le lendemain.Voyage en famille .Chambre confortable. Nous avons été surclassé.La chambre n'a pas été disponible de suite.Le personnel nous a proposé une autre chambre , spacieuse et propre .

Staff is very friendly. Clean rooms with good facilities. Wifi is not stable, often drops me off. Breakfast is nice and have a big variety of food. Extra point for the small spa area (pool, sauna, steam room).
