Hotel Restaurant Alte Post

This is a very nice center City hotel and restaurant. We ate in the outdoor beer garden. Clean and comfortable. Great service too. The beer was from a small allgau company and very refreshing. Lunch with Nurmberger sausage with sauerkraut and potatoes. My sister ordered mushroom cream sauce on pasta. Also some sulze...with fried potatoes. Jellied meat entrée. We started with homemade farina dumpling soup. The soup deserved a 5 No fresh bread served, the mushrooms should have been chopped smaller for my taste. The sausages very good and the sauerkraut well made. I asked to use the WiFi, and the waiter said there would be a charge if we did not stay in the hotel. I hope they change this to all...

Schon 1618 wurde die Alte Post , damals als Gasthof Hecht erstmals erwähnt. Viele berühmte Namen sind mit diesem historischen Gasthaus verbunden. Schon 1799 besuchte Erzherzog Karl von Österreich dieses Haus, 1814 übernachteten Kaiser Franz I. und sein Bruder Erzherzog Ferdinand auf der Fahrt von Paris nach Wien in der Mindelheimer Post. Inzwischen sind die Räume modern und freundlich eingerichtet. Der Gast fühlt sich hier wohl und wird mit gutem Essen und Getränken aufs Beste verwöhnt. Die Alte Post liegt inmitten der wunderschön restaurierten Mindelheimer Altstadt.

fast delivery eating was warm and tasty. negatiw: for a little salt on the burger is too much in my eyes. please no more pommes in plastic boxes, through the welding water this was in large scale slim/match.

the citizen was ice cold, on the sea salmon with cocktail dress was about to eat spoons of any white salats. thunfisch liebloss from the dosis simply poured on them. delivery very fast
