I had a wonderful Dinner experience here with my business partners!We got a tip from a local to come here and were not disappointed. Great atmosphere all around the restaurant. The outdoor area look very inviting, unfortunately it was dinner time and we could not take advantage of it! Next time.The service was impeccable and some of the best we had experienced, despite us speaking broken german and asking many questions, we received a very warm welcome and were pampered all the way through dinner service.They also had an outstanding wine selection, especially some of the best local ones. they gave us great recommendations on the wine and we were not disappointed.Food was outstanding as well....
The menu showed wonderful choices but we went for the asparagues since it was the middle of June and the asparagues season was almost over. It was a very nice surprise that we still could order them, as I love them! They were delicious and the portions were huge. We also had amuses to start the meal and a very nice desert to finish. Wines were excellent too. The staff was very attentive and nice.
Excellent food and portions OK. Although the menu is not so large, you can find something for everybody. Nice ambience. Advise dining in the small guest rooms, the large room appears to be too sterile and has no atmosphere.Although we were 10 diners, the courses all arrived on time and together !
I stayed at Alte Post attending a meeting for 3 days, it is a very good hotel, comfortable rooms & meeting rooms. The restaurant is a very good, with nice options and great quality. I liked a lot my time there. It is also a great hotel to stay with your family, if you need.

Service and location is good both indoors and in the garden. The food is always good, is over average. We have often been there and have always enjoyed the atmosphere, the staff is very friendly and helpful.
We spent some days here. Breakfast is simple but good. Lunches and dinners were different from very good to average. Big advantage of served food is in fact that they are from bio products.
We had a wonderful outside diner experience. Classicil top level cuisine combined with a fantasticly relaxed atmosphere in the old courtyard and fantastic wines from local producers.

even though we only enjoyed a small meal here for dinner, it was one of the best we had this vacation. German food at it's best.
Delicious freshly prepared vegetarian food. Very helpful staff made an effort to prepare a treat for me.
