our last two days of holiday in dierhagen were on Monday. I've reserved the phone in the local blinker. the menu was not visible here online, so we trusted in positive voice on the net. the positive vote with my phone reservation continued. the man on the phone confirms flott and friendly my reservation request. when we arrived. . Parking is available to the hotel and restaurant guest in front of the house. already the very well maintained outdoor area with park-like garden made a first and very good impression. . arrived at the hotel lobby welcomed us a friendly staff. We were guests in the restaurant here and only this is the assessment. It is very pleasant that guests who only come to dinner are really well served. The young lady who was responsible for us was really very careful and nice, the ambience (as expected, because some years ago already visited very pleasantly. And now the review for the food: Pfiffig (but fully ok. : there is a proper selection of open wines. The menu is well overwhelmed... it always speaks for fresh and regional. A truly excellent hotel in perfect location just about 3 minutes walking to the beach. The rooms are very clean, beautiful and tastefully decorated. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and the food in the restaurant is excellent - even if a little more expensive than in the surroundings. For this huge portions, seasonal cuisine and incredibly friendly staff in all areas. I definitely come back. A small minus point is the clueiness in the hotel itself, that one is already awakened by the vacuum cleaner on the corridors and the adjacent rooms, but this would absolutely not justify a star in the overall evaluation.

Very nice, owner-guided hotel, food top, breakfast buffet excellent, staff very nice and accommodating. Room very clean. I can only recommend.
