I first discovered the angel with a friend to eat the beef tongue. Thursday noon menu. It was perfect, the restaurant was crowded, which says long about the quality served. I don't know if it was because of the party approach, but we were very disappointed. We waited for more than an hour for a piece of meat and its accompaniment and there was not a lot of people eating. Everything was fade. in short we will not reiterate the experience! Maybe it's wrong because the echoes I had were good.
