the sturgeon restaurant is located in a vast room overlooking the breast, in a place appreciated by Impressionist painters. the view of the sunset is superb. gourmet cuisine is refined and inventive. the menu at 39€ is worth the detour alone by its quality (entrance/plat/dessert) and its originality (half-cooked to herbs, and especially the beautiful sphere of chocolate, which would deserve to it alone a star.)! all other dishes are at the height; cooking of perfect fish and meat; refined interludes. the service is professional (thank you the young sommelier), even if a smile on the face of the house mistress would be appreciated. very good time at the sturgeon so, that I recommend. count be...
Having requested and booked a windom table overlooking the Seine we were perfunctorily shown to an inside table , when asked why the lady just said oh , you arrived later than the others even though we were bang on time. Took over 40 minutes just to place the order and a guy who arrived before us was served way before us as he had placed his order directly with the chef on his way in, or so we were told. Service was slow to boot as there was clearly a shortage of serving staff . Assume two to three hours for lunch when restaurant is full. A real pity as the quality of the food itself was fine.
I’m going to argue this is the nicest hotel in Poissy. Well run, friendly staff and big rooms reasonably priced. It’s conveniently located a short walk across the road from the RER and bus station. My room overlooked the Seine, gorgeous view complete with white swans floating by! I arrived on an early morning flight and I was able to check in 6 hours early than the normal check in! Not many hotels allow u to do that!! Breakfast was 15 euros but was well worth it. The air conditioning worked super well which was a relief during the heatwave. I would definitely stay here again.

after a long day of audit, what a pleasure to dine in this exceptional setting with a relaxing view and succulent dishes! unlike some comments, I found the fast service (wine, 2 shutters, lobster salad, pistachio financial in about 30min), pro and nice staff and styled decorate. I even plan to stay there for a next trip.
the dinner was very good; Quick service; excellent Burgundy wines; bread too; mignardises with tea or coffee were excellent also especially at get 27. the cream of shrimp and the cod was very good and fine. chocolate dessert: a ball full of tastes treasure ended the meal well
French gourmet cuisine to die for. It's been a long time since I've had such good food. An explosion of flavors in the mouth. I recommend the duck breast The service was impeccable, the owner was very kind in answering our questions about the Poissy crest.
No welcome. Restaurant frequented by an elderly clientele. The dishes are good. The service is to be reviewed, aperitif not proposed, wines not tightened without having to systematically ask and served by slamming the guests. No sound atmosphere.
