Hotel Restaurant Seehof

Nice location, food mostly ok but the low point is the service. The terrace full of gast, sunnyday, but few people serving and some of them showed very bad manner. This is NOT accettable. They act like a star restaurant if you look at the price, but the service is really bad. I had a lunch, and i had to clean my self the table from the cigarettes from previous client! It was a nightmare to wait for get the entire menu, i had to wait 20 minutes for the side dish... I had to wait other 20 min for getting some more drink or bread, and last but not least, to ask the bill was also a nightmare. One the waitress was very unpolite when i asked to order.. Actually im very disappointed.

We have visited this restaurant twice now once at lunch and once for dinner with friends. On our first visit we were very disappointed with the food but thought that as it was a late lunch it may not have been the head chef. On our recent visit in the evening we once again found that the food was not brilliant and will therefore not be dining here again. On a positive note the view is outstanding and we would not hesitate to have a quiet coffee here. There are many other lovely restaurants in Kussnacht am Rigi.

Service could be much more frendly is always like: please please... do you have a table for us. Even if the tables are availble. Seems to be reserved all, at the end it isn't like this. Would be such a nice place!

This place is just fantastic; on the shore of lake Lucerne it provides a stunning view over the lake to mount Pilatus. The food is excellent and the service just great. A place to go time over time again.

The garden has a great view of the lake. Their salads were massive, a great choice on a summer day. The staff were very busy but responsive.
