Hotel Royal - Reservar una mesa

We went there for a drink on a Friday and experienced the poorest customer service I can remember. Hardly any bar staff, those that were there were completely inefficient and ineffective. One girl proceeded to serve everyone that got there after us, when I said excuse me but could u tell that bar girl that we have been waiting longer than all the people she was serving I got an extremely abrupt rude response back from girl with blonde hair in ponytail. So much for customer service and customer being right. The entire staff need to do customer service training. We then walked out and we weren’t the only ones to walk out. I am a regular at Hotel Royal and I must say that I am very impressed with the new look. I give 5 stars to the extremely friendly staff and excellent service. The cleaners are amazing, very helpful and friendly. They are dedicated to keeping Hotel Royal impeccable. I am saddened to hear that their services are no longer required. They will be truly missed. The hotel has just introduced a Mexican Menu in the last 3 weeks. The staff were very friendly explaining the menu choices. Unfortunately the meals were small serves a couple of the family members recieved the wrong meal. The staff were very apologetic for the mistake. You could still get standard pub fair Schnitzel Fish and Chips etc. It just seemed pricey for what you were served .,

This was a reunion lunch for a large group. Food here is always beautiful and since our last visit the cuisine has switched to primarily Mexican. You can ask for the classic menu but it has limited choices and a few people were disappointed. The staff here are always friendly and helpful and it’s a lovely venue.

Friends Us were going to see Gary Clark Jnr decided to have a meal at the Hotel Royal .... Good atmosphere great service... Us girls had Salt pepper squid ... yum , Hubby burger other hubby Fish chips ... All good standard reasonably priced ... We’d go there again ...
