So we spent a few nice days as a family in two rooms there. The location centrally on the main road directly on the pedestrian zone is excellent. Unfortunately, check-in is a bit difficult due to a retreat occupancy, you cannot park to unload the luggage. Also find the entrance a little bad because confusing. The vehicle can be parked free of charge on the hotel grounds within a few hundred metres. Despite incorrect booking data in the system, check-in was easy due to the friendly staff at the reception. The reception area is clear. Free: tea/water/coffee is also available. The rooms were sufficiently large, we had shower and tub in the bathroom, that was very nice. There was a small balcony overlooking the castle and a small table on it for smokers in the non-smoking room. The room and the hotel are very cozy. The beds are super cozy. There is a small minibar filled. There is no way to cook coffee or tea. The TV program is enough. Dogs are also very welcome, there is even an additional door sign for them. Breakfast was very good. Fresh rolls/particles etc fresh and nothing baked. There are different types of tea/milk and coffee as well as fresh juices/water and even champagne to drink. Sausage/Käse/Schneide as fresh on the piece. Fruit/Gemüse Müslis. Marmalade and much more. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Every wish is fulfilled. Unfortunately, one has not yet found a way to take the dog through a separate room as in other hotels, so he remains alone in the room. You can even take something to the room or eat as a way. Unfortunately there was no restaurant for dinner or a small bar for dinner. But there are many possibilities in the sewing environment. Restaurant/Imbisse of all kinds. In any case, everyone at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. We can only recommend it. All right.
we were very happy. the food was a dream. small card, but a very good quality of the service was simply friendly and those who were passing were so enthusiastic that we had eaten there during our stay. very rare that there is such a good hotel restaurant and a good value for money.
